My philosophy: Every organization and business is a living, breathing organism. Instituting practices of creating (and communicating) a shared vision and encouraging continuous learning are critical to their success and sustainability. I enjoy working with organizations to show them how this is possible and guiding them through the process so they can fulfill their missions with greater, positive impact.

Bella & Lucca, Counselors in Residence

Lucca & Bella

Bella & Lucca are sisters that were adopted from a shelter. As puppies, they were both very ill: Bella had parvo and pneumonia; Lucca had pneumonia. They never gave up, though. Both girls recovered fully and live each day with joy, love, and a little mischievousness. They are daily reminders that we’re all better together and every minute is an adventure in the making.

Our Philosophy: There’s no problem we can’t lick.
